For over two years now, Infer has been available as one of the analyzers in what is now called Sonatype Lift — a SaaS platform for static code analysis. Lift aims to make Infer and the other bundled static analysis tools easy to configure and use by minimizing setup and configuration requirements and completely managing the analysis infrastructure. Lift is also extensible, allowing additional tools to be easily added. This talk will provide an overview of Lift and present stats on Infer usage and value as measured across the many open source projects analyzed by Lift.
